We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received from Property Manager Plus. After previously being with a large real estate agency where we were constantly passed from person to person, it has been such a refreshing change. The property manager we chose when we first signed with our previous agency didn’t even contact us for over a year until we decided to change property managers, which was incredibly disappointing. Since moving to Property Manager Plus, Felicity has been outstanding. She always goes above and beyond to answer any questions, organise repairs promptly, and ensure our tenant is happy and well looked after. Her communication is excellent, and it’s reassuring to know our investment property is being managed by someone who genuinely cares. We are extremely happy with our decision to switch and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Felicity and the entire Property Manager Plus team to anyone looking for a reliable, proactive, and professional property manager.

Felicity was outstanding to work with on a recent property in Botanic Ridge, extremely knowledgable, kind, enthusiastic and always punctual. Her communication was on point and she is incredibly trust worthy which is becoming rarer and rarer in this industry. I would not go anywhere else for your property management needs!

I engaged Felicity to help manage our properties when I was having trouble with my existing Property Manager. Ever since she’s come on board she’s streamlined all interactions with the tenants, organised maintenance issues that were overdue (that I was unaware of thus far) She’s been very prompt with taking on any requests such as streamlining rental payment dates and ensuring a quick turnaround every time we’ve reached out to her. It’s been a pleasure working with her and I look forward to our continued engagement for years to come!

I've had a fantastic experience with Felicity and Stewart since appointing them earlier this year. From day one, their service and support has been outstanding—whether it was completing the pre-settlement inspection, organising trades to get the house rent-ready, or renting out the property in quick time. Sure, sure, many property managers do these things, but the difference here is the quality and manner in which they deliver their service: proactive, responsive, always contactable, and generous with their time. I've never felt like a number!. It’s the small things that really stand out, like helping me organise electricity at short notice so my tradies could get their work done or taking the initiative to have the council rates redirected. These things mean a lot. They’ve earned my trust. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a dependable, professional, and supportive property manager.
