From day one, their service and support has been outstanding—whether it was completing the pre-settlement inspection, organising trades to get the house rent-ready, or renting out the property in quick time.
Sure, sure, many property managers do these things, but the difference here is the quality and manner in which they deliver their service: proactive, responsive, always contactable, and generous with their time. I've never felt like a number!. It’s the small things that really stand out, like helping me organise electricity at short notice so my tradies could get their work done or taking the initiative to have the council rates redirected. These things mean a lot.
