Felicity and her friendly team at Property Manager Plus were way beyond exceptional.   I was so impressed.   Their professionalism was outstanding as they stepped me carefully and reassuringly through each phase of starting a rental.

They managed inspections by potential tenants, background checks, guidance in selection process, and then setting up the lease contract with my new tenant.

It’s been 12 months now and I have had no issues at all with my tenant, rent payments, or the routine property inspections.    Also my EOFY tax statements have been punctual and accurate which my accountant loved.

It has been so easy.
